Mercy Medical Center
Mercy Medical Center has served the community since 1909 and in early 2008 completed an ambitious expansion project to better serve the growing community. In 2007 the hospital added a coronary intervention program to its Shaw Heart and Vascular Center, allowing it to offer for the first time local access to state-of-the-art angioplasty services. In addition, Mercy has recently helped to recruit to our community an impressive number of new physicians, who have greatly enhanced Douglas County residents' access to primary and specialty care.
